Eat. Exercise. Repeat.

Theres lots of different ways to stay in shape, and lots of delicious ways to consume health food. Its not about the scale or a goal weight, forget that. Its about finding an exercise that you like.

You don't have to run or lift weights to exercise. You can surf, play basketball, do pilates, stretch, and take dance classes. Some people love running, it gives them "runners high". I however like low impact exercise. Bar and pilates, I rarely run.

Eating healthy isn't tasteless and it isnt counting calories! You don't have to eat a handful of raw broccolli or kale to enjoy benefits of health food. Its about knowing how to cook, and what herbs and oils to use, and what foods pair together. You can eat dressed up chicken breast, a salad with lots of toppings and delicious ingredients, a protein shake with berries and a little bit of kale/spinach (that you can't even taste!)
